This is silly. Just because most foreign donations are used for evangelical purposes does not imply all donations are used as such and it's ludicrous to ban all foreign donations on such grounds. A larger question is whether evangelical purposes are illegal, per our current legal setup - I don't think they are, and even if it is, whether it should be illegal - I don't think it should.
