It is not clear who the audience was for this presentation. Most likely many were not technically oriented. However, I did notice a lack of specifics on how tests were done and how some of his statements were defined. There was some technical data on the concentrations used in some of the tests, but the tests themselves were not well defined. The fact that it appeared that they had actually done some clinical and lab trials is impressive. One big problem is that he never defined what his new silver solution really was. It implied that it was different than other silvers, but he did not characterize it in any meaningful way. He did imply that it was different in that it didn't have to actually contact the pathogen, that it emitted a "frequency" that somehow overcame them. A very brave statement.
The clip is way too long for me to listen to again to clear up any of these issues that I may have missed, but that was my impression.
