Please excuse my re-asking about this but my emails were bouncing and I don't 
know if anyone replied or not. I'm using a different email address now so 
hopefully there wont' be any more bouncing. I recently asked if anyone with 
info about the PACE program that was recently discussed on the list could let 
me know if the ebook has you decide your exertion levels (should be intensity 
levels) and number them 1-10 as the book The Doctor's Heart Cure written by Dr. 
Sears does. I find this difficult to decide as it seems subjective. I can't 
imagine trying to figure out the difference between level 1 and 2 or 3 and 4 
for example. I'm hoping it is described in a different way in the ebook. I am 
really interested in this but find trying to determine this small change 
overwhelming.
Thank you and if you've already replied can you please send your reply again? I 
would really appreciate some input before I spend more money.
