Jim, I noticed before when I took it that it always caused major brain fog for me. I didn't know if this was due to a herx or just from the grapeseed extract. I should try it again and see what happens. I was taking a vitamin with this in it and I loved the vitamin but the GSE in it just made them unbearable. I felt like I was on cloud nine somewhere.
