Ozone WILL burn healthy tissues and so will Hydrogen Peroxide.

Correction - ozone (or H2O2) - in high enough *concentrations* - will burn healthy tissue. At normal (therapeutic) levels, it will *not*... PERIOD.

I know - I have a medical grade ozone generator made by Saul Pressman (and have been using it for many years).

O1 in all it's molecular carrier forms will go after the more reactive targets first, then the less reactive with whatever is left over. It WILL burn healthy cells and dilution levels control the rates and ratios of weak to healthy cells burned.

This is plain WRONG, Ode. You can maintain a stream of low concentration ozone against healthy cells all day long for days, and the cells will just go on their merry way.

It is only when concentrations get higher that you have to start being careful.

If the burn rate is less than the replication rate, you won't lose anything you need and will gain newer cells as the controlled damage heals.

Your observations display an ignorance (nothing wrong with ignorance - although imnsho, one of the inexcusable sins is DELIBERATE ignorance) with respect to the medical use of ozone and how it works.

May I suggest you set aside your preconceived notions and study the FACTS of the issue?

Pesticides are organic molecules.

Not all of them...

Mercury is not toxic, but "oxides" of mercury are.

Incomplete statement... http://www.calpoison.org/public/mercury.html

If you burn some chlorides, you get extremely toxic dioxins.
It's not just one story with simple answers.

None of these comments have any bearing whatsoever on ozone, so I'm not sure why you bothered...

I'm NOT saying Ozone therapy etc is "bad". Just that a torch is a torch making "therapy" a controlled burn and that forest is chock full of different fuels.

You are not saying it is 'bad' - but you *are* using very poor/incorrect analogies to try to describe it.

Also, ozone is very short-lived - it does not *have* to react with anything - it will revert to normal O2 all by itself.

Hey. I have an Ionic Breeze machine and like it.

Ozone made from ambient air forms nitrogen oxide, which is the cause of most lung irritation complaints with respect to ozone. What happens when nitrogen oxide reacts with moisture? It forms nitric acid.

This is why normal 'air purifiers' that create ozone from ambient air are *not* healthy. There is one manufacturer that I know of that has designed one that does *not* form any nitrogen oxide (the name escapes me now, but if anyone is interested, I have one at home and will make a note of the name).

Medical grade ozone generators use pure oxygen as a source, and don't suffer from this problem. In fact, the use of medical grade ozone is mandatory for things like intravenous infusion, and highly preferred for rectal/vaginal/ear insufflation, as well as its use with steam/FIR saunas, although the use of an oxygen concentrator is sufficient for everything but intravenous applications.
