Hi Wayne.

Wow, that got my attention. How can they lie like that to the public and get away with it. It is really discouraging because people don't know what they are buying. Not that I am about to buy any solar batteries or chargers either, for that matter.

Thank you very much for the information. Very enlightening.

Faith

Subject: CS>Batteries ? No Solar Batteries Exist

Evening Faith,

More about solar batteries: http://www.apexbattery.com/solar-batteries.html

Thanks for your interest and the link.

   They are LYING. Period.

In have worked with batteries for years, in battery plants, and calibrated all the test equipment. Also worked with large inverter system which had many batteries, often two cabinets, 6 feet tall and 30 feet long. One was 48,000 Volt Amps. ( 3 phase, 16,000 VA per phase )

Just like I figured, ....... Solar Chargers are not Solar Batteries.

I did a series of test data logging the output of saline water for a research scientists. He is from India, worked for NASA for 11 years and wanted to test colored light.

We made a series of containers, I wired them up, we covered them with different color cellophane to produce different color wavelengths.

Even a Solar Pond is in fact a Chemical Powered Battery.

I have had a bag of growing media, when nutrients were applied, created a voltage output.

A solar pond could be used to do some real work.

These internet sites that figure us all to be idiots are like some that lie to us about Colloidal Silver.

Look at the weight and pictures of the Misnamed "Solar Batteries".
Plain ole batteries are all they are.

I had a friend who manufactured solar chargers. At one time, I could have got an 18 wheeler load of blemished panels.
99 % of them worked perfect.

Wayne
