Kathryn,
Joint pain and stiffness (especially this time of year) sounds like
arthritis to me. Most all Americans are deficient in magnesium. Stiffness
and aching muscles are an indication of a shortage. I have been reading
about magnesium oil of late, and just bought some the other day for my
husband. I got some of the "oil" and also some of the bath crystals. The
oil really isn't an oil even though they call it that. It soaks in, in about
10 minutes and doesn't feel too oily. I tried it yesterday. It is trandermal
application of magnesium, so the body is supposedly much better able to
absorb it. I tried it on an aching leg and I could feel the difference.
