  The imagination helps for sure.   The mixtures can be simple or complex.

I mix only coconut oil, peanut butter, and honey.
Usually eat about 1 pint per week, sometimes more.

I use only peanut butter that has no bad fats, unless one considers the peanut oil itself to be bad.
