For better sleep try taking 400 mg Magnesium at bedtime. Of course it
depends on whether the magnesium is well absorbed, so try to get magnesium
aspartate. I had to order it online and I got the NOW brand. Also try
taking some Gaba, 500 mg. It relaxes and eases nervous tension. Some
calming herbs will be helpful, like passion flower, varlerian, skullcap and
hops in combination would be great. Passion flower alone helps too. I have
had trouble sleeping and these herbs help a lot. Faith g.
