Hi Cathy.. Welcome! I have a SilverGen that I purchased 10 months ago. I needed the large unit because I make cs for a kitten/cat shelter. I make 5 to 10 gallons a week with it and couldn't be happier. It's very easy to work with and dependable. Trem, was helpful with information and the purchasing experience was positive. If and when the time arrives that I need another unit, it will be ordered through SilverGen again.
As a side note on water. After trying many store brands of distilled water, I found that the distilled water sold at Wal-Mart, has been perfect for what we need, in quality and price.
