Subject: CS>EC measurement and the Real World, ( so I think )
Thanks for that Wayne. Jeez, you certainly know your 'tommies', I could
taste them just looking. <g>
The HM Digital Comm 100 EC/TDS/TEMP meter I thought was supposed to be
fairly reasonable for the dollars, well for the 'home hobbyist' anyway, the
other one, the Hanna, is what I class as a 'cheapy', even though they state
that it's supposed to be pre-calibrated for CS purposes??? My question was
not related to ppm necessarily though, it was more to do with the closeness
in readings between the two highlighted solutions, and what that may be
telling me, when the other two readings, using the same meter, were all over
the place, sorry Wayne, I can't express what I am asking adequately, I'll
let it go and just put it down to yet another frustration. <not sure whether
to grin or scowl now>
Neville.
