I too have read that SOME of the Pepperidge Farm bread products do use an
iodide based dough conditioner. I suppose the use of the word 'some' means
that not all of their products are bromine free. I also understand that Panera
breads do not use bromine, but I have emailed them about this weeks ago and
have not received an answer. pj
