It's not really what everyone is using. It's what
the mas food manufacturers mass produced and force
fed us in the stores by providing no alternatives,
and people just shrugged and paid for it. When the
big manufacturers first started mass producing
food, the food WAS mostly healthy. But like
anything else the manufacturers started trying to
cut corners and increase profits at the expense of
the end user. Most of the unhealthy changes were
made without even informing us, the people who buy
and consume the food. And additive free flour is
not a specialty item in my book. Flour is milled
by the tons and comes out with no additives they
just don't have to go the extra steps of adding
other junk to it.
When you can eat Big Macs or Taco Bll burritos for
a week, cheaper than you can buy a five pound bag
of additive free flour, something is dreadfully
wrong with that picture. But hey if everyone is
healthy then they're alert, clear minded, and
aware. And I guess with the efforts whomever has
gone to, to make sure we're all mass medicated and
poisoned without consent, that is the very thing
they don't want. An aware, alert, and healthy,
clear headed, thinking population.
Yeah, I know I sound like a cynical conspiracy
nutjob. LOL.

There is also an "economy of scale" factor to consider. What everyone
is using therefore costs less. The "specialty" item costs more.
