Hi Lisa!

I've just discovered hydrogen peroxide just recently, so I haven't been able
to gather much experience with it yet, but I can suggest either checking
your library, or bookstore for the above mentioned book, as its one that I'm
reading at the moment, in between some other books regarding health.

After you've done a bit of research and reading, which everyone needs to to
on their own, its part of the learning process, as I am far from being any
kind of expert, since, as mentioned above, I am totally new to this myself,
and have not gathered much experience :-)
But I CAN tell you w hat I have already read/learned, like some of the
things we can do is bathe in it! Diluted, of course, cause remember, it will
give you burn blister. In the book they say 6 oz. of 35% HP, with some
baking soda and sea salt, half a cup each, to half a tub of water. Its
actually described as a detoxifying bath. One person describes it as a
tingling sensation. Someone else said a bunch of green gunk swam to the
water surface. Guess it came from him!

If you're seriously interested, then you should find a doctor, and there's a
list of a few mentioned in the back of his book, that would administer a
highly diluted solution intravenously. But in another book I read that the
author emphasizes that one needs to continue with the therapy for a while,
especially after one thinks they don't need it any longer, but that
pertained to seriously ill patients in Africa.

The other book I'm reading is entitled: Hydrogen Peroxide... Medical
Miracle, by Dr. William Campbell Douglass. The "Flood Your Body With Oxygen"
is by Ed McCabe. And the third book I'm reading is entitled: The Truth About
Migraines to Multiple Sclerosis and more". What your doctor isn't telling
you, but Science has proven. It's a brand new book that has come out, and
explains in detail, with plenty of references to back things up. My eyesight
isn't so great, so I don't read as much as I'd like to, and I'm hoping that
maybe I can somehow miraculously heal this even, as I'm just near-sighted,
and since a few years, need reading glasses, but I've heard that even that
can be "fixed", due to possible causes like yeast infestation, or some
deficiency. I really do believe WE are capable of healing ourselves, or at
least HELP our bodies heal themselves.

Who really needs some of these doctors trained and schooled by the pharma
industries when we are perfectly capable of helping ourselves, but only to
those who are willing to take the time to educate themselves, and find other
people passionate in learning and mentoring, AND sharing their own personal
experiences.
