http://www.vaughns-1-pagers.com/food/potassium-foods.htm Just dealt with a low potassium level myself. To the point where I was experiencing heart palpatations and some perphial muscle cramping. Also, my skin was getting extremely dry. An interesting clue was that I was craving Coconut water and baked potatoes which are foods high in potassium. Fixed it right up with cal/mag/potassium supplements. Same as what Ode said. Unless I was dying and had no other choice I'd keep far away from Gatorade. There r much better choices available.
