Hi Sandy,
I use omega 3 to manage heart palpitations. For this purpose, I have read it
is best taken in the evening.

I'm really glad this worked for you. However, looking at the label on my
Bragg's ACV, there's only 11mg potassium in a tablespoon. Not a lot.

After Brooks made the post about potassium I did some research and found
that depleted stores of potassium could cause heart palps. So, not having any
extra potassium laying around I decided to drink organic apple cider vinegar 3
times a day since it is so high in potassium and has a good amount of calcium
and I'm happy to report the palps have abated for the last several days
[keeping fingers crossed].

I have ordered some zinc and copper which also helps with heart palps and
so have high hopes in combination with the ACV my heart problems will be a
thing of the past.
