Hi PT,

I take Omega 3 too also but never had the results I've had with the ACV. Maybe
getting that little bit of extra potassium combined with all the other
supplements I'm taking is what's made the difference?

Whatever it is I'm thrilled it's finally stopped.

Good to see you posting here.

Warm regards,
Sandy

Hi Sandy,
I use omega 3 to manage heart palpitations.  For this
purpose, I have read it is best taken in the evening.

I'm really glad this worked for you.  However, looking at
the label on my Bragg's ACV, there's only 11mg potassium in a tablespoon.
   Not a lot.

After Brooks made the post about potassium I did some
research and found that depleted stores of potassium could cause heart
palps. So, not having any extra potassium laying around I decided to drink
organic apple cider vinegar 3 times a day since it is so high in potassium
and has a good amount of calcium and I'm happy to report the palps have
abated for the last several days [keeping fingers crossed].

I have
ordered some zinc and copper which also helps with heart palps and so have
high hopes in combination with the ACV my heart problems will be a thing of
    the past.
