Well I was the same sol--but for these two batches! I just couldn't figure out what had gone wrong! I make my own water which always reads 000 on the TDS....and have done for months with no problems at all. The only difference is.....cleaning those electrodes - so I'm not going to do that anymore and I will post the results. thanks for your - and everyone elses - input. dee
