Should take calcium citrate with that to maintain cal-mag balance. I'm a big
fan of magnesium oil. You know what a seven star hammer is? Sometimes called
seven star needle. Make your own with a rubber cork/wooden chopstick/ but
with 24 pins. Hammer the problem joint lightly. Tissue away any blood. Apply
magnesium oil

Good cheap source (cheap shipping too) is Swanson in North Dakota. Buy their
magnesium chloride flakes and add a bit of water ...and you get magnesium
oil
