I had sinus surgery +/- 20 years ago, and my doc gave me an irrigator that
fits on a water pick......and it works wonders. Put it in one nostril and
let it slowly fill and come out the other.....then switch and do the other
side......donno 'bout the oregano oil.....start light and build up would be
my advice. Most medical supply stores carry an irrigator for the water
pick.....good luck
