Here's a link that gives information about it.  It will get you
started.  You can then search using this info and key words.  I think
Dr. Newnham has his own site with several articles.

Basically you can lick your little finger and dip it into 20 Mule Team
Borax and lick that off and that is enough for a day.  (Don't use
Boraxo" which has soap added.) Do this until your symptoms go away.
You can apparently adjust your intake to control your arthritis
symptoms, you don't necessarily have to take it continuously.
