Hi Sunny, You could take plenty Vit C . I took 4x 500g each hour. Sometimes just glugged with water, sometimes crushed and mixed with sodium bicarbonate in water and slooshed gently.
Please be gentle with sloshing because the blood clot is supposed to form a fibre bridge across the socket hole . so disturbing that its got to start again and maybe not achieve its purpose and there will be a hollow down to bone and ex tooth root base. You could do slooshing and holding of CS and a little h202 if you suspect infection. for the pain i used my current controlled silver maker and probed around the socket on the gum tissues for about 1/2 a minute each polarity. Once or twice a day should be enough to hold the pain back.
