I've been thinking about your post. Do you know how absorbable the zinc is
in zinc oxide? If used every day I might be concerned with overdosing zinc.
Does anyone know if that is a problem?

I was using GSE mixed with distilled water as a spray.
This worked well, but GSE is starting to get very expensive.
So I switched just recently to Zinc Oxide ointment.
Right, the stuff that is used for diaper rash.
It is cheap, non-irritating, and works great.
Just smear a small dab under each arm in the morning and you are good to
go.
At least that has been my experience.
