Ok--I'm saying 'home made' here. But I have no idea if he has a lab or what his background is. Chemist? <shrug> All I know is that I was told about him a few years ago (the stuff keeps forever in the freezer) and that he was a Mom and Pop type biz. Not a big company. Just him making it. That's not to say making it is/was easy! It certainly doesn't sound like it from your posts Lisa.
