I did the Beck 4 step protocol but did not eliminate Herpes Simplex. If I  
take selenium supplements for about a week cold sores start showing. I can 
eat  Brazil nuts with no problem. Maybe I am getting infected again from my 
wife? She  is an ex RN and does not do CS, etc.
