There is another kind of food allergy, they are usually called food
intolerances and it can take up to 5 days for them to show up. When I was
tested and took them all out of my diet for a year I felt much better. I
can slowly start adding things back. I just must remember to rotate so I
don't eat the same thing several days running.

What is ACV?

Have you ever been tested for food allergies? Do you have problems also
with vinegar?

The pulse test is my form of testing for food allergies. I tried the DR's
test and everything I like I am allergic to, beans, peaches etc. I take ACV
daily and sometimes add lemon juice. Lemon juice seems to cause an
irritation but not ACV
