There is another kind of food allergy, they are usually called food intolerances and it can take up to 5 days for them to show up. When I was tested and took them all out of my diet for a year I felt much better. I can slowly start adding things back. I just must remember to rotate so I don't eat the same thing several days running. What is ACV?
