Hopefully, you don't smoke as the DMSO will transfer nicotine deeper into the lungs and into the bloodstream possibly causing an overdose of nicotine from what I've heard. I have used a 2% mixture of DMSO without it causing any noticeable side effects. I have great results whenever I nebulize CS. Hope this helps.
