Hi: I have had my Silvergen for about a year and have not had any of those
problems with it. I previously had one of their first models and this new
one is great. The one thing that was wrong with it was that the paddle did
not work. I called them and they sent out another one right away and I
shipped the faulty one back. They also sent me two more silver wires extra
for my trouble. I found them caring about their product. Perhaps a call
to them might help in finding out the problem. I have good clear CS from
that machine.

Hi dear friends of CS,
I have just tried my SG6 from www.silvergen.com. I chose that one
although it was expensive after reading a lot of about different
generators and it always got positive reviews and positive comments.
However, my first try was a bit disappointing. It took very long time
do to it, and it it swims around silverflakes on the surface and
bigger flakes lies at the bottom and I will have to filter it before
use. Since I have never done this before I do not really know what to
expect. Is this the way it should be?
Kind regards
André
