frequency for everything; dont get your hopes up about that. Useful

risks,) lots of herbs, cleansing the metals and toxins, doing liver
cleanses as per Hulda Clark and others. Hulda Clark is worth a read.
Perhaps make your own liposome vit C, and I think you could experiment
with lipo CS as well.
