it comes in 50mg tabs only. Rx compounders make smaller doses from bulk powder, or some might grind up tabs and add filler. the usual way is to dissolve one tab in 50ml Distilled (or RO) water. then 1 ml of liquid = 1 mg naltrexone. keeps in the frig for over a month, or room temp for up to a month. mix it in a dark bottle with a dropper in the cap... use the dropper to put it in a baby med "spoon' which has lines marked in ml. mix into any drink or have it straight down... slightly bitter, not very bad taste at all and doesn't linger long....
