Nenah, do you know if this works for food allergies? My 22 year old daughter get anaphlaxis reactions from physical excertion and even anxiety. I met another young lady who has the same problem and after years of seeing doctors finally found out it was a type of food allergy having to do with the way her body metabolizes certain food. Now we just need tofind out how to help or possibly cure her. She is going to have an allergy test done to find out what foods are the culprit but it would be nice to try to find out if there is a way to cure it or prevent it from getting worse. Thanks, Tina

I used to have horrible allergies years ago, but mine are pretty good now. My daughter and husband are suffering (even after using these supplements and Allegra.) --------------------------------------------- It would be better to take vitamin C along with bioflavonoids, which include quercetin. In nature, there’s no such thing as plain ascorbic acid vitamin C. The FDA defined vitamin C as such, but the entire COMPLEX works much better. I have been giving quercetin and other bioflavonoids to my allergic dog and it’s really helped him. I also gave just two capsules to a human friend, whose sneezing noticeably improved in 10 minutes. I get my quercetin complex from Allergy research. Another great supplement is Allerplex from Standard Process. You’ll have to get it through a health professional.
