Actually I think the thing that helped the most was something I started for
something else completely.

LDN - low dose naltrexone - started it because I also have ulcerative
colitis - within 6 months of being on it I was off ALL other meds -
migraines from almost daily to what I mentioned.  And my UC is in total
remission.

I am also grain free, sugar free and dairy free though.
