Hi Missy,

I used to get sunday sickness, like a hangover/migraine. I was working during
the week plus
Sat morning and we worked out that it was maybe due to relaxing. That the
relaxation
somehow released stress toxins which were 'normally' kept bound up by the
stress.
Something like that.

If that is sort of correct then maybe learning to let go every day would wash
out smaller loads
of stress toxins more often and thus become 'cleaner'. Another tack would be to
learn not to
stress so much. I've found that Mindfulness training is simplest and most
effective for us
westerners. There is lots of help on line.

Making and taking CS could also work but again I would start off slowly,
because if there is a
microorganism pocket, you want to wash it out gently slowly; not cause massive
die-off.

OK,
Tony
