Legally distilled water for drinking must be ozone treated to kill any possible pathogens. I suspect any labeled not for consumption has not had this treatment.

    I just of never heard of "Not for drinking" distilled water
    before! I don't think it would be distilled if it is not
    drinkable, that could be where your stomach upset came from
