A word of warning... I think Buteyko is great for those who need it. I had some allergy issues and my friend who had used Buteyko for her asthma also said it got rid of her allergies so I thought I would give it a try. Big mistake. I'm not asthmatic and I don't have the blood gas issues that asthmatics have so I created a problem for myself instead of resolving a problem. PT
