I've had ankylosing spondylitis for many years, even to the point of barely
being able to walk. I went to school for traditional chinese medicine to
learn how to cure myself. I now consider myself an expert in this
condition.

Btw, it was cured in pigs in the 1950s, Dr. Wallach has a "Youngevity"
product that supposed to be very good, from a nutritional supplementation
approach. It's called the "Pig Arthritis" formula. I've heard good things.

You generally want to maintain very good hydration, and do exercise to
maintain range of motion. Yoga would be good. I can tell you more if you
want. However I believe the central etiology to be chronic dehydration of
the spine, or what we would call "yin deficiency."
