Sandra I am a health researcher before taking vit c check your vit c out. I had a friend who called me was taking 5000iu daily but was not getting better. Doing research found out it was made from corn although it did not state it on the bottle, found out she was allergic to corn. Likewise apple cider vinegar Heinz brand is made from corn ethanol. I state this because it also is not stated on the bottle. I know this situation is getting worse so I must dig more to find out what is in products. Another one I have been researching for 5 yrs is vit(hormone)d3. According to the USDA website pill,capsule,liquid etc form can be a mouse poison.
