I use Boron (Borax) for arthritis. I find it quite effective. Recently, within the last month, I had a friend who is 66 yrs old who said his hand were so arthritic that he was having real problems doing his normal work. I recommended that he try the Borax. After 2 weeks he told me that his hands were 75% better. I think they will continue to get better over time with some Borax supplementation.
