I use Boron (Borax) for arthritis.  I find it quite effective.  Recently,
within the last month, I had a friend who is 66 yrs old who said his hand
were so arthritic that he was having real problems doing his normal work.
I recommended that he try the Borax.  After 2 weeks he told me that his
hands were 75% better.  I think they will continue to get better over time
with some Borax supplementation.
