Hi Lena,What do you do to avoid having to breath cold vapor from the nebulizer?
I had to stop as it was making my chest hurt more than it helped.Thanks.PT

Hi Neville,I totally agree with the efficacy of nebulized CS! 4 days before
some serious dental surgery, my husband developed a burgeoning cold. We
immediately nebulized him, frequently, as well as snorting CS up into the
sinuses with a nasal mister, and he was fine and ready the day of his
appointment. When our house got too winter dry, our Maltese developed a wheeze
and miserable congestion and I simply held him against me, letting the
nebulized CS drift down around his nose. It helped immensely. You're right about
staying active, though. The body has its own way of moving lymph, oxygenating
all parts of the body, toning and healing itself through movement. Sedentary
life isn't life at all, but a condition of inertia that will further bring on
disease. A few days of resolve and minor discomfort will overcome this inertia
and the whole system will begin to renew itself.
Be well,Léna

I've administered my home made product several times for my wife.  Once for
Shingles a few years ago whereby she developed a rather rough cough, and again
a couple of months ago for another rather unrelated fluid cough.  She won't
read this so I can say, she is not active enough, she reclines in a recliner
chair too much, hence I've told her she will eventually get Pneumonia if she
keeps it up.  I believe worked on both cases in a couple of days.  One of our
daughters had this same cough for quite some time before she got rid of it, the
wife got rid of it in a couple of days?

Around 15-20ppm, fill the little Nebuliser medication bowl thingo to 10ml with
straight EIS, used Nebuliser twice a day for a couple of days.   The Shingle
cough took a little more time to get rid of, but I believe the EIS worked on
both cases.

The only "research" is from using myself and family members (if they wish to)
as a guinea pig <g>, this is the only best way to find out things for myself
(or if they don't wish to).

Thank you for the replies....I know there is much debate about inhaling
silver.  I wish there is more research or trial on this procedure.  I have
asthma and get infections in the lungs.
Any info I get will help for my knowledge library folder.
