Works for me. Silver Puppy CS + a little salt (about 1/4 teaspoon per cup). I'm using one of the ultrasonic fogger type nebulizers.
I find if I don't add the salt it bothers my sinus, especially so with the nettie pot. I MUST use salt in that.
