I make my own yeast for my stomach by taking a head of cabbage and run it 
through my food mixer.  Put into a pickle jar and cover with water.  Cover 
the jar and put it in the garage for 72 hours.  Strain the juice and 
refrigerate.  Drink about 1/2 glass juice per day.  
The second batch can be jump started by using 1 cup of old juice.  Let the 
mixture sit only 24 hours.
