Dear List, To remove alcohol from a tincture one needs to add an equal part of water to a 1X tincture and then raise the temp to about 189 or so (critical to keep it there) and let the alcohol simmer away until the mix is reduced to what was added. Alcohol boils at about 187 deg. F and water at 212 so the alcohol would be gone and the properties would then be in the water. h...@mcmo.net
