I mix my 4Tbs. of Flax oil in a cup of (homemade) kefir.  It
tastes good and I understand there is a synergistic effect by
taking flax with a high quality protein (cottage cheese is the
one most usually mentioned).  I hope the kefir gives me the same
effect as it is much simpler to do than the cottage cheese (that
I used to mix with the Flax.)
