Dear Terry,
Your description as to the details of CS and the many circumstances
under which it can be made make me feel as if the scales have fallen
from my eyes. Thanks for what you have given. Simplistically put it now
appears that the real variables to consider with respect to time of
brewing are: voltage, surface area of electrodes and the volume of the
containers. But from what I gather many combinations of the three are
appropriate and the time will vary. It is simply for me to be patient
and see how long or short a period this is.

One thing you didn't say much about was the business of stirring,
bubbling or heating to accelerate the process, make the reactions happen
in a more timely fassion. Do you find this unnecessary? And I am now
gathering that the 'high voltage' may be desireable for the smaller
particle size resulting. But it appears that high voltage can actually
be 120 or perhaps 240. Where I live everything is 240, and I assume you
gave 120 as a kind of maximum because this is the norm where you are.

Any comments you may have would be highly appreciated.
Reid Harvey
