Hi Nina.
I can't give you any advice about whether to or how to inject your
Chihuahua's tumor. However when it comes to getting syringes and needles you
can get those from most farm supply stores. It is also very possible that
your vet will sell you ore even give you some. We've gotten syringes and
needles from vets on occasion, likewise from farm supply stores with no
script.
