Bob Lee, Thank you for your post and the info about the sunbeam humidifier. I feel much better now that I know that I don't have to tinker with anything on it. Had my poor dog sniffing at it this morning for about a half hour or so. When she finally got up, she coughed up a whole bunch of thick yellow crud. Its working but slowly for her.
