Hi fellow researchers. After reading about Brooks Bradley's light wands I have made some of my own design. The instructions including photos are here:

The advanced model has both modulated and unmodulated capability. The frequency is about 7 hz and it is easy to change to some other frequency. Have fun playing with it. Walter
