Ginger in any form...fresh, steeped in tea, sipped slowly. Also,
peppermint tea is a great stomach soother, but from what I understand,
peppermint is for indigestion & ginger is definitely for nausea. Ginger
ale may work in a pinch, but slices of fresh ginger root in a cup of
boiling water can't be beat. I used it when I had the flu so bad I had
the dry heaves and it calmed my stomach before the first cup was
finished.

Hi, folks! My daughter-in-law is newly pregnant and morning sickness is
hitting her like a ton of bricks.
Any suggestions on something she can try?
She is taking B vitamins, a 50 mg complex.
Thanks,
Marshalee
