Evening Jack,
And don't forget e-coli in those raw eggs, I haven't had a raw egg in a milk
shake in over 30 years.
But one thing - your immune system must be in great shape.
Now you have come up with a new use for the raw egg, to see if ones
immune system is working right.
Today a nurse came by to pick blueberries and she brought me 18 home
grown eggs. I realize that these may
be no better or no more disease free than the ones from the local
grocery. She also told me we are not supposed to eat raw eggs. I still
wonder who writes all these rules for us.
At least I can go about 1 mile and kill the chicken if I get any disease
from the eggs.
And I agree there is a risk with the raw eggs. I feel I need the nutrients
in the yoke and don't want to take the time to separate the white or cook
the egg.
Maybe the CS will handle what the basic immune system can not and the raw
eggs will do me no harm.
I wouldn't expect a cardiologist would promote aspirin usage, they
would lose too much money if people start taking better care of
their hearts. The literature on aspirin usage, as it applies to the heart/
circulatory system, is out there to be read, the studies have been done.
It was a cardiologist that told me to take the aspirin every day. The
bad part, is that it cost near $ 1000.00 and that was the only thing he
suggested. He did tell me I have a defective valve in my heart.
I don't think it is "very defective" as it keeps on working. At rare
times, I will feel a different feeling where I think the left side might be.
But I certainly don't trust any sawbones to fix it, so I guess I will
continue down the road until it stops.
Hi Wayne, well I guess I'm doomed! I take either one or two aspirin a day,
and have for about seven years, my wife can't, because she is on a
blood thinner to control her Pro Time results to reduce clotting.
I subscribe to about six medical newsletters and all of them say there
exist better options than the aspirin.
Many friends and associates take the aspirin and I always try to get them
to quit. Some do and some don't.
Of course I try to get them to quit taking cholesterol lower drugs and
blood pressure medication. For the last year or more, my sister has had
trouble sleeping and had sinus problems. A few weeks ago she was visiting
and I found out what drug she was taking. Sure enough, both of her
ailments were listed as "side effects" from the drug. Without any real
arm twisting, she stopped taking the beta blocker. Now she sleeps better
and has no sinus problems.
Beware of any studies that prove anything. Likely 90 percent plus of
them are corrupt or misleading.
At least when we use CS, we are not basing this on any bogus studies. More
likely we are basing it on
"hearsay evidence", first person reports, and personal experiences.
I will never forget the day I made my first batch. I had read and
studied a lot. Still, there was a slight doubt about all aspects of
CS. I made 16 ounces and downed it like a good glass of water. No ill
effect whatsoever.
After that, I never worried about any reaction or ill effect from CS,
and ... to my knowledge, none have existed.
Wayne
