I may get Flamed for this but I say get some antibiotics and go to a doctor (again) proto. Or to save money call the guy who you've seen already's emergency number. He needs to know this new development. Infections in the head can KILL you!!!!. I'm more into CS for all those viral things modern medicine can't seem to cure and as a preventative but a major infection in your head is nothing to f__k around with. Keep doing the CS as well. It may also be an allergic reaction ( puffy eyes make me think that) for which Benedryl can help/ or save you if thats it. It's relatively harmless so why not see if that helps.
